RASPBERRY COCONUT MACAROON

Our base macaroon consists of 4 ingredients: shredded coconut, coconut milk, cage free egg whites and cane sugar.   To our base macaroon we add a combination of fresh raspberries and coconut cream.  After baking, we hand dip our naturally pink macaroons into White Chocolate, and our White Chocolate Raspberry Coconut Macaroon is born. Amazing!
